Katy stands at the helm of KR Squared, a creative atelier she co-founded with her daughter. The studio is built on the belief that the most powerful brands are designed with intention and brought to life through thoughtfully curated storytelling. Her work has shaped brand narratives and delivered measurable results for nationally recognized names including Disney and Procter & Gamble, where creativity and performance are held to equally high standards.

Graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Literary Studies, Katy began her career in corporate communications at a major real estate firm, where she led strategically designed marketing initiatives supporting more than $300 million in assets. Her early intersection of design thinking and measurable outcomes continues to define her approach, blending artistry with disciplined strategy.

Accolades such as a Digiday Award, a National Gold ADDY, and Mosaic Award underscore her creative prowess and leadership in the industry. Beyond work, Katy is a mother of three and grandmother of eight. She balances creative ambition with family life, reflecting a career shaped by intention where leadership and legacy coexist.
