Your Most Important Asset
Let’s talk heart-to-heart for a moment. We speak a lot about building, growing, achieving, and at KR Squared, we believe in big ideas and bold creative. But there’s one thing more valuable than any of that: time.
You can make more money. You can gain more clients. However, you can’t earn back a lost hour. Think about it…the next five years? They might just be the most important five years of your life because nothing is promised.
So don’t wait. Don’t put off the dinners with friends you keep rescheduling. Don’t save the “someday” trip for a time that might never come. The truth is, life rarely slows down enough to make space for what matters; instead, you have to claim that space on purpose.
Research backs it up. A 2023 Pew Research study found that 73% of Americans say spending time with family is one of the most important things in their lives. University College London discovered that time with family, and even just couple time alone, significantly increases well-being. In short, the data says what we already know deep down: when we spend time with people who matter, we feel better, live better, and do better.
That’s why who you spend your time with matters just as much as how you spend it. Surround yourself with people who make your life richer and more fulfilled. We’re lucky to have that kind of energy here at KR Squared because the women on our team truly make life’s journey more meaningful.
So if there’s one thing to remember, it’s this: your time is your most precious currency. Spend it on the people and experiences that fill you up, and Pleeaassseeee… don’t say, “someday,” because the next five years will pass no matter what. My question to you is, how will you live them?
Here’s to making them count.
