A Letter to My Team

As the year winds down, I find myself reflecting on the incredible people I get to work with every day—and I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude. To my KR Squared team: thank you. Not only do you create marketing campaigns that inspire awe and win awards, but you’re also some of the most remarkable women I’ve ever met. You’re more than colleagues; you’re friends, and you’ve enriched my life in ways words can barely capture.

This year, we were honored with the Community Contribution of the Year Award by the American Advertising Federation—a testament to the caring and philanthropic spirit each of you brings to the table. And let’s not forget the Best Photography Campaign at the Addys, a well-deserved win that showcases your unparalleled creativity. These accolades are wonderful, but what matters most to me is the spirit behind them—the dedication, heart, and kindness you pour into everything you do.

Some of you have been here since the beginning, and others, like Jess, have moved on to new adventures. Every one of you have left a lasting mark on my life, and the moments we’ve shared will always mean so much to me. This might not sound very boss of me, but it comes from the heart—I’m genuinely grateful for each of you.

What sets KR Squared apart isn’t just our work—it’s our community. And for that, I am endlessly thankful.
